Prices & Grants

We do not charge to survey your home for improvements such as solar water heating or insulation. Energy Performance Certificate surveys, for Home Information Packs are charged as follows:

Pricing options	Description	Price inc VAT (May 2007)
Standard	You book a morning or afternoon appointment, we call the day before and give you a time	£85
Freedom	You book an 8am, 6pm or weekend appointment	£105
Key pick-up	If you can't be at home and want us to pick up the keys (eg from an estate agent we will do this)	Add £20
